For the record I would never buy a Mountain Dew 12-pack or wear a Slayer shirt.

The Trial of the d-bag who killed Sanchez's step-uncle saga: day 3.
Day three. Judging by the previous responses to my post (all zero of them), I can say that not a single shinks is being given. That’s ok, because I don’t even really give a shink. But I do like trials in general, so I’ll summarize everything for the interested non registered lurker.

So today started off with the defendant being interviewed four days after the murder in 2011. He said that he and his accomplice were walking in the area when they were first arrested and that they didn’t even hear about the killing. Afterwards, the prosecution claimed that they had over 75 tips in the wake of the killing, and that the defendant was actually arrested first on charges of driving without a license. Upon investigating the car he was in, they found several bullets that matched those used in the killing. Even though a murder weapon has not been found (though I will get to that later, it was relevant today), this now establishes that he had a similar weapon and was not in Ft. Lauderdale the night of the killing. His defense is growing weaker with each new prosecution testimony.

His landlord testified as well. She claims that he often brought home new items of value, including TVs, DVD players, phones etc when he was renting a room from her house. Police found several items belonging to my step-uncle in the house. My step-uncles widow was called to the stand and identified that the items-including a watch with his finksing name engraved on it-belonged to him.

A police sergeant testified that several items-including a gun-were stolen from a house in the neighborhood burglarized the night before. The owner of the gun testified that it had a white handle-exactly the same as the testimony of the accomplice, who has a deal with the prosecution. The defendants foot print was found to be on the window and his fingerprints on the belongings stolen from him. They never did find fingerprints in the house. But they did find gloves in his car….

I was merely assuming BRTD had hacked your account.

This doesn't make sense.

I pissed off a friend today really bad. I guess I was the straw that broke his back, because busting his balls (and his busting the rest of us) is a sport. I swear to God, I don't think I have ever pissed a person off this badly Tongue.

my 19" TV died, about 4 years into duty.  was a bummer, but I was pleasantly surprised by the prices for new TVs.  I got a 23.6" Samsung for $170.  the 4.6" make quite a difference, as all I really use my TV for is live sports (and the Mike Francesa simulcast).

Henry Jones Jr., the man who was on trial for the death of my step-uncle, declined to offer a defense for the trial, saying it would "not be in his best interests." After an hour and fifteen minutes deliberation, the verdict came in. GUILTY. Sentencing on November 2nd. I hope he rots in prison for the rest of his life.
