It sounds so douche-y the way I put it. Okay I'm late to post this but

That Freshman girl and I broke up after 2 days because her parents don't want her dating anyone. Ugh. I asked her to be friends with benefits but she got mad cuz she already explained that she can't do ANYTHING relationship-related in anyway.

And today I saw a tweet from my ex (long distance) girlfriend where she got a new boyfriend and said she's happier than she's been in months. Guess I'm chopped liver.

Now I'm trying to get with this other Freshman girl (she's a red head and super cute)

SO HERE'S WHERE I NEED ADVICE (DUKE AND OTHERS HELP ME OUT)

I'll keep it short

• she is VERY wary of relationships. she doesn't feel very comfortable with them.
• she is innocent as could be. meaning, there's about a 99.9% chance that this will NOT be a sexual relationship (at least right away heh heh heh)
• she has already said she likes me kinda and says she feels flattered when i call her beautiful but her self esteem is low

I know I shouldn't for my own good be posting in this thread, but... have you given some thought to whether your "getting with" this girl is a good idea? If your feelings for her aren't very deep (no offense, but you seem to have pretty rapid changes of mind on these or other issues) maybe you shouldn't attempt to start a relationship. You don't know how it would end up, and if she is so young (freshman means 14-15, right?) and "innocent", it might end up pretty badly for her. At least take some time to get to know her as a friend/acquaintance before.
