It's really ridiculous that the number of representatives in the House hasn't increased in 100 years.  The fact that Montana has over 1 million residents and still only gets one representative is pretty silly.  Delaware and Rhode Island are both on the fast track to that point as well.  Hopefully we get some kind of increase after the 2020 Census.  If Puerto Rico manages to become a state by then I think many people will insist on it.
