As long as the Guv has an R next to his name, he gets a high ranking. Not surprising- it is the Wall Street Journal after all.

That letter next to Governor Taft's name looks like an R and he got an F. I guess I need to get my eyes checked.

Don't nitpick. You know that the vast majority of Democrats got low rankings, and the vast majority of Republicans got high rankings. Don't bullsh**t by pointing out one of the (very) few exceptions. That goes for J.J's comment too.
