As I assume you don't know the interior of the secluded Hassidic community know that for a family of 10 children 1-5 will probably leave the faith, this especially evident in Israel where despite of their larger fertility rates the actual population growth is not that extreme as a section of the population. Furthermore, even the extreme orthodox in recent years understood they were losing the fight and decided to start a steady revision of some cultural traits (like the ban of using the internet).
Like every ultra-conservative community they will ultimately have to change or breakdown to small radical cult-communities
