Linda Lingle in Hawaii had to be most: white, female, Jewish, Republican, all of which are a minority in HI.

Randy Brock in Vermont: black, male, Republican...it's like very few blacks in Vermont...very few black Republicans, few Republicans in Vermont,,,one got elected statewide and ran for Governor.
