why is he being mentioned as a possible democrat candidate.  the man has no plans to run for any office again.

he isnt a natural politican.  he is very reclusive and ill at ease around people.  he doesnt enjoy campaigning at all. 

he also isnt a 'party man'.  i dont think he has a lot of loyalty to the party.

he probably wouldnt be a bad president.  but he isnt running.  period.

What governor isnt being mentioned as a candidate?  He seem's like a good guy, but he wouldnt get anywhere near the nomination in 2008 with all the titans thinking about running.  Plus, alot of Democrats are still pissed off because he didnt campaign or support Kerry in the state or North Carolina.
