I know they don't really know each other but does the map change any?

I assume this is Ed Rendell, former governor of Pennsylvania?

In this scenario Kerry probably does better in PA, maybe winning it by 5-10 points instead of just 2. But since Kerry won the state IRL it wouldn't change the overall outcome.

Most dramatic scenario- Rendell has rust belt appeal helping Kerry win Ohio, thus winning the election.
