What, no! The music was good, the movies were great, and the women looked ok. Things got bad in the late 70's and then the 80s happened.

My all time favourite:

CDU 1976 German federal election: " Get out of your left corner!"

It has just been recycled by the Hessen CDU. For some strange reason, the boxing gloves have  been re-coloured into blue ..

I don't think so. I find the girl's glasses in the first affiche and the girl in green boxing gloves lovely, camp and kitsch. Politics of today are incredibly boring and campaign aesthetics are uniform and dull.
