When in doubt (because this is Atlas), assume white.

Atlas skews toward wealthy, educated liberals. This has been debated for some time exactly why this is the case but it is.
The people who fit that demographic profile, for a number of socioeconomic reasons, predominately white. I wouldn't find it at all surprising if Atlas has more Asians than blacks.
