I don't really see too many candidates. I agree with Cotton, Cuccinelli and Booker, but there's none that really stand out. They all seem to be more state oriented than anything. Also, this seems to be a pretty pro-incumbent cycle. 2016 and 2018 will probably have more turnover and generate more future candidates.
