Don't forget replacing the banana with a banana split, hold the banana.

Of course, the banana would add unnecessary calories to the dessert.

Inks, can you consolidate your rebuttals into a single post? It's unpleasant having to scroll through several of your replies.

Inks, I will say this honestly.  I have the best parents anyone could ask for.  They're not perfect, but they are the best parents for my brother and me.

All it does is accelerate this thread toward Season VIII.

I will make a promise to my readers.  I will confine the Severe Weather Updates to my facebook blog this evening unless something directly threatens Oklahoma County.  I don't want to set fire to everyone's news feed. Smiley

A little humor never hurt anybody.  You should try it sometime!

So Bushie, what were your thoughts on your sister-in-law's critique?

Her assessment was an honest critique.  I know the resources spent in Alva could have been used better somewhere else, but I've moved past that.

The classic Bushie dodge!

(He can't move himself off the couch, but he can "move past" his mistakes.)

Are you moving past it as you leave for your walk?  What did you have for breakfast?

I only started following the show with this season, so I don't know as much about what happened in the past, but is the Alva trip one of the biggest wastes of money by Bushie('s parents)? Throwing away cash to pay for fast food, gas and a motel for no good reason except softcore motel porn?

I'll be honest: Today's diet is non-existent, even more non-existent than most days.  Mom suggested McDonald's for breakfast, so that was 2 Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuits and a hash brown for a grand total of 1,070 calories according to the drive thru menu board.  Dinner tonight will be Cracker Barrel, which I'll probably have breakfast.  So, yeah, today's diet is MIA.

The only silver lining is that dinner will be early, about 1500 to get back before the storms pop.

Do you really need to go to McDonald's every day?

Your calories for dinner will be more than 1500, for sure.

Why still go to Cracker Barrel if you've already gone to McDonalds and blown most of your caloric budget there? And you're going there for breakfast tomorrow as well?

Friday is Cracker Barrell Day.  You guys can't expect him to quit everything at once!?!?

Really McDonald's would actually be okay if Bushie was serious.  Simply get one bacon and egg sandwich instead of two.  And a fruit cup or oatmeal if he was still hungry.   It's not just that he eats fast food but he gorges himself with multiple meals whenever he goes, shamelessly.

So I guess the diet is officially over then. Oh well! Time to move on to a new story arc.

I think mitty is right....professional help needed.  If he doesn't see this is literally going to kill him, he needs help to fight whatever disorder is causing it.

Just taking a one day hiatus.
