Mitty, I refuse to get a handicap placard because I don't want to take spots away from those who are really physically handicapped.  I am not physically handicapped. I'm a little fat, but it doesn't hurt me to walk.

Tomorrow, I will be getting my exercise by taking the kids to the zoo for 3-4 hours.  The zoo is mostly walking, so I will be able to walk for an extended period.

I just checked the calories from today, and I had over 2,500.  Ugh...

Nothing you can do about it now . Focus on making tomorrow better. Everybody has room for improvement.

I know.  As far as I can tell, I shouldn't have any big meals this weekend.  The worst would be grilled hamburgers.  Since Dad has to work all weekend, we're not really going to celebrate Memorial Day.

and of course you are too busy to prepare any meals for the family!

I had a little sweetener with the oatmeal (real oats by the way), and a little margarine on the toast.  I only had one bowl of oatmeal.

Oh, I did walk for about 2 hours at the zoo.  I was there for 3 hours, but I stood still for part of the time.

Bushie only wants to be fed fruits and vegetables like the ancient Greeks ate them during orgies, perched atop some pillow, his parents fanning him with palm leaves while watching him suckle from the branches of the grape vines. Otherwise, he isn't interested. It'll be sausage and bread for this man! The diet of the 21st century!
