The last Republican nominee to win the Presidency without North Carolina was Dwight Eisenhower.

Hillary is getting much more of the white vote only lossing by 10 with Paul and 12 with Rubio when obama lost by 29 points when he won in 2008 and 37 against Romney.

So Clinton would beat Rubio by 6 in Kentucky, but only 7 in North Carolina?  Again, Clinton vs. Rubio (or anyone, really) would be a very interesting map.

Yeah.  Clinton could transform the map if she runs and could even disrupt long-term shifts.

The last Republican nominee to win the Presidency without North Carolina was Dwight Eisenhower.

It is going to be the new Ohio, especially when it goes up to 17 electoral votes
