The director of the JFK library confirms that the fire there is unrelated to the explosions, per ABC News.

Also, the NYPost twitter says they have a suspect under guard at a Boston Hospital.

I doubt we'll really know more then Twitter misinformation for a few hours.

Possible doubling of wounded. Another hospital is thought to have just under 20 wounded, on top I think Boston Med, which has 19. The former of which hasn't been confirmed though by the hospital.
