2008
Rep - 160,677 (58.43%)
Dem - 110,189 (40.07%)

2012
Rep - 146,474 (58.16%)
Dem - 102,300 (40.62%)

There really wasn't that much of a change, it looks like Sandy made very little difference at all. Voter turnout fell from 2008 (which happened in nearly every state that was not a swing state).
