Camden was 96.8% for Obama.  It's a hellish piece of urban decay, but still... wow. 

Obama hit 98.5% in East Orange! Romney was outvoted there 75-1.

East Orange was 65% Republican in 1948, in sharp contrast. But then again, it was 90% white back then.
