Lake County, Ohio has a density above 1,000 p/sqm and switched to Romney in 2012. I think it's the only one. The only other county that switched that I found that comes even close to 1,000 p/sqm is Chester County, Pennsylvania, and it's only in the 700 p/sqm range. Maybe some independent city in Virginia.

I'm guessing densest precinct would be in Boro Park?

More likely South Williamsburg, which I think is denser. The Crown Heights Hasids are also possible, though I think there were only a couple Romney precincts there. But precincts are weird, and there could be a freakishly dense, Republican precinct pretty much anywhere.
