I haven't been able to find clear information about this. It is said Shem -> Semites, Ham -> African, and Japheth-> Indo-European

Back in Medieval times all Asians were considered part of the Semitic race. In fact, if I remember correctly Columbus brought along a Christianized Jew on his first voyage in hopes that he would be able to serve as interpreter when they reached China.

Although he wasn't hired because he was born Jewish, but because he was fluent in Arabic and Aramaic (as well as Hebrew, Spanish and Portuguese).

Traditionally, Siberians were considered from Japheth, (identified with Gomer and Magog).  As for the others, sometimes you'll find a map in the back of old bibles attributing these areas to any one of them, though most often Shem.  The ancient Hebrews had a wider view of the world than one might expect, but they probably didn't know of anything east of India.
