Super Storm Sandy made it almost impossible this year.  A lot of people were displaced from their normal precincts.


There ya go. We had the same thing happen here in the last election during Hurricane Ike in 2008, it took about almost New Year's Day to get every vote counted in Southeast Texas. I bet it might take slightly longer than that for NY due to the higher population.
