I think O'Malley is going to run even if Hillary does. He is building national name-recognition to run "for real" in 2020 or 2024.

He's been my least favorite governor on the Dem side for awhile now...this just cements that sediment...

Can cement be considered a sediment, though?  Obviously one is naturally occurring and the other is man-made, but technically both are made from broken down bits of rock that are chemically stuck together, so I suppose you have a point.
