Wait a minute... Do we have to rank in order of preference, or of dislike? Fab seems to have the opposite interpretation than I have. This rule is so confusing.

I twisted the numbers of Oldiesfreak around, so that Heller whom wants as survivors gets the most points.

Baldwin and Heller got the same score - i decided to place Tammy Baldwin on #3 by coin flip.

The runoffs are now:

King vs. Hirono
