Oh no...

Let's hope someone gives Hillary a very serious primary challenge.

It would seem so.  Now she just has to figure out how she'll stay relevant.  Although with primary season getting earlier and earlier every election, sadly, she doesn't have to stay relevant too long before she kicks off her actual campaign.

Hilary only does or say something when it's the safe thing to do.
She voted for the Iraq war and then when the war was not popular she changed her mind about it.  She's no leader.

Ah, Hillary is running for President. If she runs I think the entire field clears. In any case, I don't think anyone can beat her. There is no one out there with the appeal of Obama, nor does she have the stink of supporting the Iraq war on her. How she does in the general will depend on how the next four years go. She can run a little better than Obama, but not that much better.

I'm not saying that she is going to run, or would want to take on Hillary Clinton, but

What appeal does Kristen Gillibrand have? I don't get it (except a certain thing which I don't think should matter or does matter).

Kirsten Gillibrand is young, liberal, and popular... but it's not going to happen in 2016.

Bad news only in that it might indicate she's running for President, but I think we might all be reading too much into this.

There's still four years, while if she does, it'll probably be inevitable like Gore in 2000, someone needs to step up as a Bill Bradley.

Staying relevant is the easy part, liberals have the media. I do understand Bill's influence on her endorsement choice though, after her Obama exit she'll have to re-invent something.

I am not sure if Clinton will run in 2016 or not.  But if she does then I will bet she will effectively lock up the Democratic nomination by April 2016.

If her opponent lasts until April, how is that not a serious opponent?

Obama v. Clinton 2008, Mondale v. Hart 1984 and Carter v. Kennedy 1980 ran into June.  That is what I would consider a "very serious primary challenge."  I wager that won't happen this time -- at least not if Hillary runs.
