Westchester County will likely have trended towards Obama in the end as well. They haven't counted any of their late vote yet, and that's typically quite Democratic. Orange, Fresno and San Diego Counties have all trended towards Obama now, so they're off the list.

Some of these results are final, though (Florida, Georgia, Michigan). Salt Lake County also obviously trended Romney, though Utah isn't done counting. Still have to wait on St. Louis County and Travis County (suspect late vote will be disproportionately students, so I think Travis will trend Obama, but we'll see; late vote in St. Louis County is also probably disproportionately black, though again we shall see).
