everyone talks about the strong democrat tide in nova...but what about suburban richmond?

chesterfield has been trending heavy democrat since 1988.  it may not flip democrat anytime soon, but obviously the gop needs to win counties like chesterfield by a wider margin in order to carry the state.

Romney basically did exactly the same as McCain there in a better national environment.  At ~53% R with the nation at 51% D this year, it could easily flip in the next 2008 environment.  I think Mark Warner could win it even in a closer race if he is the 2016 nominee.
