Just saw this....

Although I have not personally consolidated Houston Election results, there is another individual whose work I greatly respect over the years who has generated City results for PRES elections in TX in '08 and '12.

Not sure how he addressed split precincts (to the extent they exist) but still:

2008 Houston City results (61-39 Obama)



2012 Houston City results (60-39 Obama)
