Newt Gingrich's Schedule: From December 24 to December 31, 2007:

"Is there anything more inspiring than American towns and neighborhoods brightly lit for the holidays? From our family to yours, Merry Christmas and Happy New Year!"

December 24: Rest in Georgia. (No ads this day)
December 25: Rest in Georgia. (No ads this day)
December 26: Rest in Georgia. (No ads this day)
December 27: Barnstorm and Town Hall Meetings in Burlington and Clinton, Iowa.
December 28: Barnstorm and Town Hall Meetings in Marion and Bettendorf, Iowa.
December 29: Barnstorm and Rally in Cedar Rapids and Davenport.
December 30: Barnstorm, Rally and Speech in Des Moines, Iowa.
December 31: Strategy Meetings and New Year's Party in Campaign Headquarters, Georgia.

Excerpt from the Speech in Des Moines:

“I think we have an ability to reach out to lots of people and communicate with them without millions of dollars of paid advertising. We are going to Iowa with a set of big ideas, and that's my strategy. I articulate the deepest-felt values of the American people, and it's that conservative appeal and those big ideas the ones that will lead us to the victory in this primary. The Iowa Caucuses are four days from now, and I'm convinced that our path to victory begins there."

OOC: Thank you South Carolina! I'm pretty much screwed without that one...

Mike Gravel Campaign Schedule, December 24-31, 2007

December 24, 2007
-Christmas party with friends.

Christmas Statement: I expressed my feelings on Christmas yesterday with my Christmas Address; there will be absolutely no politics today or tomorrow. I'd also like to thank the Begichs for hosting this party, and the Crofts, Frenchs, Elliss, and Berkowitzs for coming. From my family and myself, Merry Christmas!

December 25, 2007
-Christmas

December 26, 2007
-Meet & greet in Anchorage, Alaska
-Townhall in Fairbanks, Alaska

December 27, 2007
-Meet & greet in Reno, Nevada
-Rally in Fernley, Nevada (featuring the same people in Nevada last time around, just different locations and combinations)
-Townhall in Sparks, Nevada

December 28, 2007
-Meet & greet in Henderson, Nevada
-Townhall in North Las Vegas, Nevada
-Fundraiser in Las Vegas, Nevada

December 29, 2007
-Rally in Mesquite, Nevada
-Meet & greet in Boulder City, Nevada
-Meet & greet in Bullhead City, Arizona

December 30, 2007
-Kickoff of Iowa final bus tour in Davenport, Iowa: last big push for Iowa, starring Sen. John Thune, Rep. Tim Penny, Sen. Russ Feingold, and campaign manager Mike Bozarth.
-Bus tour rally in Bettendorf, Iowa
-Bus tour rally in Dubuque, Iowa

December 31, 2007
-Bus tour rally in Cedar Falls, Iowa
-Bus tour rally in Waterloo, Iowa
-Bus tour rally in Cedar Rapids, Iowa
-Bus tour rally in Iowa City, Iowa

Thune: I know a bunch of you aren't expecting to see me up here. A conservative Republican campaigning for a Democrat? Who could have imagined that? But Mike isn't just a Democrat. Mike Gravel is a consensus builder, someone who will go to Washington and get things done. There's a whole lot of nothing getting done in Washington right now, and we need someone in the White House who'll change that. I left the race and endorsed Mike Gravel to be our consensus-builder. I'll be in the US Senate when Mike gets to Washington, and together we'll get something done!
Penny: A while back, a few establishment Democrats were criticizing his record. To that, I say: Good. Let them question his record, let the establishment try to undermine us. Mike's willing to discuss tough subjects, to rock the boat. That makes the establishment nervous. And that's what's necessary for our country. Let's rock the boat!
Feingold: Mike Gravel is apparently 'not serious'. He doesn't seem serious. Why? Because he doesn't care about the political considerations. To Mike, political considerations are absolutely irrelevant to his decisions; he won't pander to someone just because it makes political sense, he will do what is right. When Mike's in the White House, he won't take politics into account when making decisions on our civil liberties or whether Americans should be sent into danger overseas. The day a candidate thinks politically about things like civil liberties and the lives of our troops is the day they lose my support. Mike hasn't lost mine. We have to stand up for our civil liberties, and the candidate who is standing up for them is Mike Gravel.
Bozarth: Folks have called me crazy for working for this campaign. The polling is dismal, they said. He'll never win, they said. The other candidates have a majority of the voters. Well, I'm here today to tell you that a majority isn't enough. Us Democrats had a Senate majority a while back. What did we do with it? Voted for the Iraq War and passed the Patriot Act. It's not enough to have a majority. The winning candidate, in the end, will be the one who stands for something. And the candidate who's standing for something is Mike Gravel.

Mayor Michael Bloomberg has released his first radio advertisement, which will be airing in all fifty states (Considering Bloomberg's wealth, I think I have the advantage to be able to do this and say it is realistic):

Radio Ad 1: The Independent

Mayor Bloomberg: How do we bring real reform to Washington D.C.? By putting aside our differences and putting people over politics. Washington needs to stop with the finger pointing and focus on the issues that we were elected for, like fixing our economy, improving jobs, and seeking a peaceful solution in the Middle East. As an Independent, I will take the best ideas from both parties to get things done. There's only one party I work for - Americans.

I'm Michael Bloomberg, and I approve this message.

Hagel at Rally in Adel, Iowa

"I want to say to everyone out there, I'm very hopeful about our numbers here. When it comes down to it, I think this campaign is going to come out with a victory! Why does Iowa mean so much? Well, I think Iowa is a perfect representation of America: and America right now doesn't want a partisan Republican in office right now. President Bush did not understand the huge cracks in our foreign policy, and as a result we crumbled. President Bush spent too much, and what we have a weak economy. I am a true Republican who is willing to reach out to Democrats and find middle ground and that's Iowa shows. It may not show in the national polls now, but it will once we win!"

Newt Gingrich's Schedule: From January 1 to January 7, 2008:

Stage 1: Caucus Insanity:

"I think I deserve the right to tell the truth: Together we will survive the biggest onslaught in the history of the Iowa primary."

January 1: Final Bus Tour in Iowa with Senator Fred Thompson (Rural areas).
January 2: Final Bus Tour in Iowa with Senator Fred Thompson (Rural areas).
January 3: Final Rally with Speech, watching the results in Des Moines, Iowa.
January 4: Bus Tour in New Hampshire.
January 5: Bus Tour in New Hampshire.
January 6: Barnstorm, Rally and Speech in Manchester, New Hampshire.
January 7: Fly to Michigan, opening of new offices and beginning of a major push for the state.

Excerpt from the Final Speech in Des Moines:

"The Iowa results come tonight, and I believe the people of this state has both understood and accepted our message of big ideas. That is my campaign, a series of big ideas being pushed forward by a Ronald Reagan conservative who helped change Washington in the 1980s and 1990s. I said once that perseverance is the hard work you do after you get tired of doing the hard work you already did. We have done a great job in Iowa, and I think the results are going to show that."

Ron Paul ad running in Iowa.
Ron Paul ad-“Choices.”
(Clips of the candidates arguing in favor of the Iraq War. Hillary Clinton, John McCain, Newt Gingrich, Chuck Hagel shown.)
Narrator: You have four choices when you go to vote at your Caucus sight.  You can vote for Speaker Gingrich, Senator Hagel, Senator McCain, and Congressman Paul. If you support more war, bigger deficits, and broken promises, consider the first three. If you want peace, liberty, and sound money, Congressman Ron Paul is your candidate. Go and send “the man” a message, and cast your vote for Ron Paul.
