This lady just won't quit. Arizona bars more than 2 consecutive terms, but she claims she can get around it.

^ This.

I hope she runs. I love her, she's a great governor. And for that matter, I believe Freudenthal should've ran again in 2010. Not a fan of his, but I mean, let's be for real...Wyoming Democrats are a rare site.

And let's be honest: he left office with approval ratings approaching the 90s. Tongue

At any rate, I seriously hope she doesn't manage to get around the limit. This woman is the last person we need pulling another Rick Perry.

I'm sure the AZ Supreme Court will gladly correct her on Arizona law yet again.

Good. 2009-2010 is not a term. Sure if she took over in 2007 or even early 08 it would be

Change the law, don't play Clintonian word games with it in the courts.

The awful part is I'm sure she'd win if she ran. Joke state north of Mt Lemmon.

Actually, it does count, like in Jane Dee Hull's case (ascended to the Governorship in 1997, then elected in 1998 and term-limited in 2002).

I think she should be able to run for another term, considering how short her "first term" was, if you even call it that.

Guys, the law here is completely unambiguous: Brewer is constitutionally ineligible to run for another term, and her claims to the contrary just show how utterly incompetent the woman is.

It is under Arizona law. This isn't in doubt.

But let's not hate on Jan Brewer, the first mentally disabled State Governor. It's a great achievement.
