Also FL-18 and NV-2 for Obama -> Romney.

NY-11, FL-26, FL-27 appear to be the only McCain -> Obama CD's.

OK. Several Calif. CD's were barely won by Obama in 2008, so I figured it was likely. I should prob. put a ? in the original post.

There could be a few. Issa's and Mckeon's district probably flipped. On the other hand, all the other close ones like Bera, Denham, Valadao and Ruiz's districts probably did not flip.

Add CA-25 (McKeon) and CA-49 (Issa) to this list.

I believe it is now confirmed that Obama would have lost if every state did allocation the Maine/Nebraska way. (Though of course, redistricting and campaigning would be different in that case.)

DKE now has PA-8 going for Romney by 0.1%. That's got to be the only Kerry/Romney CD.
