Alaska has a rapidly expanding minority population.

Yeah, the Samoan and Sudanese populations are increasing the fastest (based on my observations). The Filipino community has been growing since I was a kid.

I suppose the Sudanese are refugees from South Sudan and therefore mostly Christians. How many of them do you think are citizens?
