Arizona right now has two seats uncalled, with the GOP leading 4-3.

The EV under this model (with delegations in parentheses) is:
Romney/Ryan - 283 (28)
Obama/Biden - 215 (18)
tied - 26 (3)
uncalled - 11 (1)
DC - 3

The disconnect between the House delegation and the Presidential vote is really striking in Pennsylvania and to a lesser extent Wisconsin, Michigan, and New Jersey.
