Most obvious one I can find so far is Jackson, TN.  Elliott, KY remained Democratic but only with a plurality (Obama still managed over 60% in 2008). 

I'm pretty sure that a trio of counties in Southeast Ohio have voted Democratic since 1972 until this election - this would go for many of the counties in West Virginia that Obama won in 2008.

Another thing I found is that Niagara, NY and Monroe, FL have both had Democratic victories under 50% for three elections in a row.

Also,  Broomfield CO retains its bellwether status, accurately predicting the Colorado and national winner in every election. Wink
