Turnout is higher than 2008.  Maybe the other 11 people from Dixville Notch moved here?

Higher number of registered voters.

Well, I was really off on my Hart's prediction. Numbers look good for Obama though.
Hart’s Location & Dixville Notch
President (2012)
Obama (D)  28 (65.1%)
Romney(R)  14 (32.6%)
Johnson (L)   1 (2.3%)

President (2008)
Obama (D)  32 (64.0%)
McCain (R)  16 (32.0%)
Other (I)       2 (4%)

Such a result of nothingness. Turnout down because the hotel in Dixville Notch was torn down and is being rebuilt.

Hart's Location robbed a vote from Johnson on their website. I demand a recount! Obvious voter fraud! Wink

I agree. Voter Fraud! Bring in the FBI! This is series.

Between the "Fix in the Dix" and Hart's Location losing a vote for Johnson (they must have been high or something), this election is off to a bad start. Very series. Wink

December 21st, 2012:

Good Morning and Happy Holidays to all!  After more than 6 weeks with the outcome of the 2012 election in doubt, Chief Justice Roberts will now deliver the Supreme Court's opinion in the New Hampshire Voting Cases, including Romney v. Hart's Location Board of Elections and Democratic Party of New Hampshire v. Town of Dixville Notch.  The cases, alleging voting irregularities and voter suppression, respectively, are the result of President Barack Obama's 5 vote lead in the pivotal swing state of New Hampshire, on which the election outcome hinges after Mitt Romney's 368 vote lead in Ohio and Barack Obama's 671 vote lead in Virginia were certified last week following a manual recount in each state...

Probably the psychological effect of being the first in the nation.
