Don't forget Obama coming out strongly against the sequester.  That alone has probably swung a few thousand votes in the Hampton Roads.

So, VA is more democratic then NV?? Yea I don't think so, nice try PPP

PPP does not interview in Spanish. That matters comparatively little in Virginia in contrast to Nevada.

PPP was absolutely a hack organization before the fall campaign really kicked into gear. The debates are over and the candidates really have no way of shifting the momentum. I'm sorry, but I don't have enough faith in PPP to believe that they wouldn't try creating a little bit of momentum on their own.

The same thing could be said of Rassy. The thing is, I think it's probably more likely that Virginia is tied. Nothing has happened that would shift the numbers like this.

NV+WI+VA+IAorNH is still a viable plan B for Obama in case he loses FL & OH. I still think that Romney will win but it isn't in the bag.

Why wont RCP add this poll to its averages? I know it leans GOP but this is unethical of them to include  rasmussen and not PPP

This poll was conducted by PPP for Health Care for America Now.  Does RCP include Pulse Opinon Research (a.k.a. Rasmussen) for Let Freedom Ring?  If not, why should they include any advocacy polls?

Note that we include these polls in our database, but not the Let Freedom Ring polls.  I guess we're biased.

The let freedom ring polls werent even that bad for Obama. Just think if it's highlighted on the main website it's good for RCP.

Even accounting for PPP's slight D house bias, this seems a bit high.

Perhaps before we all start wildly speculating about "Romeny is toast" or "PPP is a hack firm", etc, maybe we should simply start by recalling the term "Margin of Error"?

He won't win VA by 5 most likely but I think we can all agree that the media counting VA as a red state is based on stereotypes, not data.
