I've only been buzzed once in my life which was right after drinking that half an airplane cup of white wine on an 24-hour empty stomach and no sleep for 30 hours.  Oddly enough, that was coming into Chicago on my way back from Kenya.  So, I actually went through customs feeling a little tipsy!
