How would you define an addiction? When does it differ from a hobby, plenty of which are very expensive and time consuming. It's a hazy thing. Does it have to impact your life negatively beyond cost and time? If so, to what degree? Addiction is often in the eye of the beholder because it's a judgement value.

I suppose if it consumed his life to the point that his compulsion to masturbate negatively impacted his job performance, his relationships with friends and family, etc. But generally when people have a porn "addiction" it's just moralizing religiouses making them feel bad for what is a perfectly natural thing to do.

There are some physical/mental adverse sexual effects from excessive pornography use, but as Bushie isn't currently having sex with anyone, those are irrelevant here.
