Well, this second account is known to be a bit busier.  That phone call from my boss could just as easily been a job ender.  I was very fortunate it turned out to be a job saver.

Not only am I staying, but there is talk of a possible raise in the next few months.

Inks, I recognize there is something just not right, but I don't have the money to seek professional help.  So, right now, I'm having to work on it by myself which is not the best method, but the only method I have at this point in time.

Honestly though, Jeff. Keep looking for something. This plot has come up so many times. Things are unsure, promises are made, and promises are broke... get out of the call center game all together.

I just put in 16 minutes of light cardio mainly focusing on the legs and hamstrings, but with some light tricep work, as well.  On to work out #5 tomorrow night.

16 minutes....16 minutes? You do realize you didnt do a thing, right? That isnt nearly enough time to get your heart rate up enough to start losing weight. When I go lifting, I do at least 30 minutes of cardio to get ready to stretch and work out.

Actually, if you're sore, don't push it. You risk injury. Your body has to rest eventually. At last, that is the way I do things when lifting.

I drink water all day. The only things (other than booze or coffee) that I drink, is if I go out somewhere to eat, I'll get an unsweetend ice tea. I can't stand soda.

I think he is working on a government account. I am not sure if that means he is a government employee.

I am working on a government account (technically two), and I will be regaining my security clearance, but I am not considered a government employee (at least not to my knowledge).

To be absolutely truthful, there is no such thing as job security anywhere in any industry and definitely not in this day and age.

Eh, I wouldn't say that. If you're doing your job correctly, there are industries that offer job security.
