If the Romney campaign had the stamp of approval of George Walker Bush I'd worry. His father turned a 90% approval rating for winning a war into a 38% reelection effort. Bush, himself, turned his war-winning ratings into a defeat before Osama Bin Laden was gracious enough to endorse his opponent the week of the election. The last thing any Republican should do is ask a Bush about how to win elections.
Dubya never lost a presidential election. Maybe Romney should ask how to win one, considering he lost the primary last time around and may lose this one.
