Bush 'skeptical' of Romney's chances

Strategically, it's a good thing for Democrats that Bush won in 2000. He was held responsible for the sh**storm that ensued for the next eight years which paved the way for Obama. The only reason he'll probably win the election with a sluggish economy is that people remember how much worse it was during the Bush administration.
