Yes, I posted a link to the full Jeb Bush profile that that's taken from on the 2016 board:

http://nymag.com/news/politics/elections-2012/jeb-bush-2012-10/

The full article has quite a few interesting nuggets about the fissures within the Bush family.

This probably has something to do with Jeb's desire to run for president in 2016.

Rather than waiting for 2020 to run, when he would be very old.

The Bush family wants Romney to lose so Jeb can run later.

I'll give both Bushes credit, they both know that the country needs to have sensible, humane comprehensive immigration reform

Unfortunately for Republicans, and maybe fortunately  for Democrats, the party knelled  to the Rush Limbaughs of the world.

Any statement from the most unpopular President in history will never be taken seriously by the voters.

If the Romney campaign had the stamp of approval of George Walker Bush I'd worry. His father turned a 90% approval rating for winning a war into a 38% reelection effort. Bush, himself, turned his war-winning ratings into a defeat before Osama Bin Laden was gracious enough to endorse his opponent the week of the election. The last thing any Republican should do is ask a Bush about how to win elections.

Maybe he finally colored in the pictures for My Pet Goat. It must be a fascinating story to listen to it instead of responding to both WTC being hit by planes.

Dubya never lost a presidential election. Maybe Romney should ask how to win one, considering he lost the primary last time around and may lose this one. Tongue

The facts in it aren't really debateable....no reason to discuss it anymore Smiley

Strategically, it's a good thing for Democrats that Bush won in 2000. He was held responsible for the sh**storm that ensued for the next eight years which paved the way for Obama. The only reason he'll probably win the election with a sluggish economy is that people remember how much worse it was during the Bush administration.

First, Bush lost 2008 for the GOP due to his incompetence. Second, as I said, Osama Bin Laden endorsed his opponent the week of the election. Without that stroke of luck, Bush would in all probablity lost in 2004.
