On Friday, the 'Party In The USA' singer tweeted a picture of herself sporting a sleeveless t-shirt of President Obama with the slogan "Forward." She captioned the image #ROCKTHEVOTE.

That is the most ridiculously terrible haircut I have ever seen. Also, this balances out Lohan's Romney endorsement, I guess.
