What was interesting in the set of polls other then the results, Obama up 12 in Pennsylvania, up 10 in Ohio, and up 9 in Florida, Was the answers that Ohio voter gave to the question "Was the Auto bailout mostly a success or a failure?". When this issue seems to being used as an attack by both sides it's interesting to see that all the voters see it 2 to 1 as a success. With half of the Republicans seeing it as failure. But the all impotent independents see it 2 to 1 as a success. Which will hurt Republicans push to pull more independents to vote for Romney.

The second question that was suppressing and relevant to a past post is the Pennsylvanian voters answer to "Do you support or oppose photo IDs be required to vote?" and almost 2 to 1 answered support. 92% Republicans supported it, 37% Democrat, and a whopping 66% independents support it. That is very interesting and may lead to such requirements on other states as well.

any thoughts?

Not every Independent is impotent. In fact, demographically, probably less than the GOPpers.

It's probably be easier to pull impotent independents than the potent ones, though.

Seriously though, a very interesting little question.
