This is actually of likely voters (even though their releases say registered voters).

But if you click on their individual crosstabs, you can clearly see that they have both figures for registered and likely voters.

Even though it's an online poll, YouGov's final 50 state polls were pretty good in 2008.

And at least we have 1 pollster that will poll ALL 50 states.

Scrap that. YouGov USA is from Palo Alto in California.

Which means "morning" is something like 8/9am in California, which is about 11/12 EST and about 17/18 here in Europe.
