Fellow Senators,
We need to construct an act to limit the amount of bills being created. I haven't kept count of how many their are now but it's almost a whole page of nothing but new bills. This is quickly becoming unmanagable and a mess. We need to do something, and quickly to organize this disaster. If anyone wants to help me draft a bill/act/amendment to correct this situation please post your ideas here.
