Not only does he alienate voters that he is trying to court in this clip, he provides his biggest lie of the campaign: I have inherited nothing. Laughable on its face. Let's see if the DC pundit class, which has rolled out the red carpet for Mitt so far, will call him out for that farce of a comment.

I don't like to begrudge rich people.....but it is hilarious how many of them feel like they hit a triple even though they were born on third base.

Wow, this is completely ridiculous and I hope that Romney is pandering right now.

If only things were so simple for Romney. His problem is while he is vilifying them to his rich donors, Romney is reliant on the votes of low information low education white working class voters who fall into his 47% who arent paying income tax.

So is he going to tell these voters  its time to lose their deductions and start paying more in taxes so the rest can get a tax cut?

Once again, Mitt Romney shows his his true colors as a racist corporate fatcat who hates the average people of America. He is going to go down in flames as the most hated politician in US history.

How much of the rural vote will Romney get? And we all know those areas are full of people sucking of the government teat, only with things the Republicans like such as farm aid and military spending. Wouldn't be surprised if food stamp usage was pretty damn high in these areas as well. On the other hand, Romney will get his ass handed to him in the Bay Area which has a median income of more than 75K.

That is of course the supreme irony of modern politics. The liberal socialist blue states are actually subsidizing most of the freedom loving red states, in terms of federal tax dollars in and out.

Trust me, pal, there is not a man or woman in America that will ever surpass George Bush or Richard Nixon.

How about John Edwards, Rod Blagovich and Bob Taft (on a smaller and more concentrated scale)?

I guess saying that you don't care about half the voters is part of Romney's new brilliant strategy.

There are some people in the desert who like to do something called "bleeding the beast" which is basically adult men living off government money through having a lot of children. Those people may not vote at all, but the ones that do certainly aren't Democrats. That's all I'll say about that.

I officially despise Romney. I believe you are entitled to healthcare, especially in a country like the US which has the power to provide it.

He realizes that most of these 47% of people who receive more from the government than they pay in income taxes are seniors who are his base, right? Wait no, he's as far removed from reality as the rest of the crazy fascists in charge of the GOP these days.

I find this fascinating because you never hear Democrats talking like this when they're trying to win a campaign. Republicans seem to have a list of places and groups of people in America that they openly bitch about.

You know, I'm starting to believe that Lief's assessment, about the circus called the Romney Campaign being an Onion prank, might be the truth.
