Previous poll from this group, in early September, had Obama up 66 to 29 so seems, if anything, Obama's advantage is only growing and solidifying with Hispanics.

read carefully: it is Latinas, not Latinos. Among Latinos (i.e., the ones w/ cojones), it is 61% Obama vs. 32% Romney. But among women it is 74% Obama vs. 21% Romney.

Are we going to get a poster named "FL Cuban" who's then going to insist Hispanics aren't that liberal and the polls are wrong and then cite results from parts of Miami as proof?

Romney won the GOP primary by running to the right of Perry and Gingrich on immigration.  That tactical move is now coming back to bite him

Why, exactly?

Well, they're a pollster we haven't heard of before.  I'll agree this probably isn't a great poll.

However, Obama has been blowing away Romney is this demographic in a ton of other more respectable national polls.  This is a group that Bush received 45% of in 2004 and McCain 38% in 2008.   This is a trend the Republicans need to turn around one of these years or else they're screwed as a party.

While you might be able to make gains in midterms, you can't win Presidential year elections on the backs of white males alone.

Remember the voter registration changes amongst Whites, Blacks and Hispanics in Florida since 2008 alone would give Obama a two point boost with all things being equal. You can't loose Hispanics heavier than you were four years ago if you want to win.
