On the Democratic side of the aisle, the two who jump to mind are Kirsten Gillibrand and Amy Klobuchar.  And of course there is always Hillary.

Liz Warren in my fantasies, but realistically Clinton, maybe Gillibrand, on the Democratic side.

The GOP has Condi Rice, Mary Fallin, Susana Martinez, and Mia Love (if she wins this race and moves on to higher office).

Depends on whether any of them have national ambitions. Most plausible are Martinez and Gillibrand.

This.

I also think Rice, Herseth Sandlin, and Hillary Clinton are still in the game.

Depends on whether any of them have national ambitions.

Gillibrand and Klobuchar are both giving speeches for the DNC Iowa delegation this week, so I'd say they have national ambitions:

Whether that actually means they want to run for prez in 2016 though is another matter.  They might be teasing a 2016 run just to get more mentions in the national media, which could help them out in the 2016 veepstakes.  But of course, wanting to be veep means ultimately wanting to be president.

Martinez for the win. She has what it takes. Looking forward to seeing and hearing more from her.
Rice could also make a good case for president, Given her moderate social views and experience.
Palin is done nationally imo, but remains an effective surrogate for other GOP members.
Clinton is the only D I can see going all the way, although Napolitano could make a strong case as well.
