The old parties melt away as now the country polarizes between the ultra-Right and the ultra-Left in one epic election. Representing the right is former Alabama Governor George Wallace on the American Independence ticket. He is endorsed by figures such as Ronald Reagan and Richard Nixon. On the Left is Pigasus, nominee of the Yippie party and endorsed by folks such as Eugene McCarthy, the traditional Yippie crowd, and others.

Discuss with maps.
Nixon would have never endorsed a segregationist like Wallace, and Reagan probably wouldn't have either.

I have NO idea what I would do here.  If anybody, probably Pigasus, but a write-in would be my first choice.
