Wisconsin had a big trend to the Obama in 2008. I guess the issue now is whether it is in snapback country.

No, the issue is how big the snapback will be.

Right. Obama overperformed in WI in 2008, but the way AmericanNation is using numbers and PVI terms is mixing apples and oranges in terminology.

Wisconsin is a swing state.  Remember, Bush only lost it by about 5,000 votes in 2000 and about 11,000 votes in 2004.  In fact, I would argue that Bush probably would have carried it in 2000 were it not for the early call of Florida for Gore.
