Good analysis, Morgeib. In that case, I'd be okay with Paul Ryan, Pat Toomey or Richard Burr as VP Smiley

I think Pat Toomey would be a great pick too.

I had a dream last night that Romney picked Bob Corker as his running mate.

If Romney picks McCain as his VP, he'll virtually surrender the election to Obama.

Burr.

He's well-exposed, midly conservative, comes from a swing state, boring, and is a good speaker.  What more could Romney ask for?

Voted to repeal the DADT. Therefore he's an evil RINO.

If he's going for conservatism, Ryan's your man, but the Dems will rip him apart.

But Joe Biden won't, which is what's important.

Rob Portman is the favorite. Pawlenty not so sure because remember in the primary he said obamneycare.... then again he could do like mccain did and choose someone outside of washington

He won't.

Just a thought I had this morning: What about Herman Cain? I know he's not being vetted or anything, but wouldn't it have been cool for Romney to pick Herman Cain? That'd dilute some of the white bread, at least in appearance.

I think this is a reason why Christie would make a kickass VP. Iran doesn't want to comply? Then we'll sit on them.

So he's going to end up going with a surprise/safe pick? This is weird. It's also getting kind of exciting. I still hope it'll be Ryan.

Gingrich… why?
Easily could be president, knowing the territory physically and literal, if, the unforeseen were to happen.

The buss would be deafening with, WTF! For awhile…

Biden speak would be chump change.

The best reason, they both have been planning preparing for it for a long time, even though their paths are of a different charter.

A good cop-bad cop that is of no acting could accommodated their differences.
[Romney] I spend 50 million dollars to get rid of you, then, I partner with you!!
[Gingrich] Well, you could of asked me if it was a good deal, or not.

“Wish” is a 4 letter word.

Exactly. I'm pretty sure Bill Owens' is most known for being the Governor of Colorado when Columbine happened. That's it, really.

If Tim Tebow were older, I think he would be an excellent VP choice.

It's either Thune or Rubio. Also, think he is going to announce it by Monday the latest.

It'll be neither of those.
